1Agreement to Terms

Welcome to WonderEdit! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and S Wave Digital LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") governing your use of the WonderEdit mobile application (the "App" or "Service").

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use WonderEdit. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Recommendation: Due to the nature of AI-generated content, we strongly recommend that users be 18 years or older, especially when generating or editing images of people.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

Secure password

Or Sign in with Apple

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Under 13 years of age
Previously banned from the Service
Prohibited by law from using the Service
Using from a sanctioned country

3Description of Service

WonderEdit is an AI-powered image generation and editing application that allows users to:

Edit photos using natural language

Apply AI-powered presets and effects

Manage images in a personal gallery

Technology: The Service uses Google's Gemini 2.5 Flash Image API for AI image processing. Image quality, generation speed, and content filtering are subject to Google's AI model capabilities and policies.

No Warranty of Availability: We do not guarantee that the Service will be available 24/7 or error-free.

4User Content and Conduct

4.1 Your Content

"User Content" means any images, text prompts, or other materials you upload, submit, or generate through the Service.

Important: If you upload or edit images containing identifiable people, you are solely responsible for obtaining their consent. Generating or manipulating images of people without their permission may violate privacy laws.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You may NOT use the Service to create, upload, or generate:

Illegal Content

  • CSAM or content sexualizing minors
  • Content violating IP rights
  • Export control violations

Harmful Content

  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Terrorism or extremism
  • Non-consensual deepfakes

Regulated Content

  • Harmful medical advice
  • Financial advice/schemes
  • Political disinformation

IP Violations

  • Unauthorized branded content
  • Commercial celebrity use
  • Third-party IP infringement

5Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership of Generated Images

You Own Your Creations: Subject to Section 5.2, you retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the images you generate using WonderEdit ("Generated Images").

Important

We do NOT claim ownership of your Generated Images, and we do NOT use your images for marketing or AI model training without your explicit consent.

6Credits and Subscriptions

6.1 Credit System

WonderEdit uses a credit-based system. Each image generation or editing operation typically costs 1 credit.

6.5 Refund Policy

General Policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable except as described below or as required by law.

Since purchases are processed through Apple, you may request refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com

7Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Liability Cap: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the greater of: (a) $100 USD, or (b) The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing hello@s-wavedigital.com with subject "Arbitration Opt-Out".

9Account Termination

10.1 Your Right to Delete Your Account

You may delete your account at any time directly within the App:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

Type "DELETE" to confirm. This prevents accidental deletion.

Upon deletion:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately
  • All generated images removed from Firebase Storage
  • Your credit balance will be forfeited (non-refundable)
  • Your data permanently deleted within 30 days

10.2 Our Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

BY CLICKING "I ACCEPT," CREATING AN ACCOUNT, OR USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
